Schedule for Mar 1 through Mar 9 Liturgical Minister
Holy
Week begins on the weekend of March 15-16. We will need extra ministers
for several of our liturgies. Since many parishioners go out of town for
Easter, please let me know your availability, especially for our Holy Thursday,
Good Friday, and Easter Vigil liturgies. Please refer to www.stcolumban.org home page for the requests for liturgical ministers during this time. THANK YOU!
SHORTENED SCHEDULE: This schedule only lists the ministers
needed for the first two weeks of March.
I am delaying the publication of the balance of the schedule in order to
allow more time for volunteers to notify me that they are available to minister
on Palm Sunday and at our Holy Week liturgies.

in early March. Some positions may need
to be filled automatically by the computer if sufficient volunteers do not make
themselves available.

Please recommend anyone that you feel
would be willing to arrive a little early, enthusiastically greet parishioners
and visitors as they arrive, guide those approaching the altar for communion,
and assist in the passing out of bulletins after
Our Liturgical Ministers’ schedule is available on our web site www.stcolumban.org under the heading of “Minister Schedule.” Please note that it is necessary that any requests for a change in the schedule be received at that the parish office no later than the second Monday of the month. Use the green Minister’s Scheduling Information sheets to indicate times when you will be out of town or otherwise unavailable.
