Liturgical Minister Schedule Information

Holy week plus April SCHEDULE:   This schedule lists the ministers needed for the last weeks of March plus all of April.  It includes Holy Week which begins on the weekend of March 15-16.  I want to thank all who have notified me of your availability or unavailability for this most sacred season.  A few positions had to be filled automatically by the computer.  If you are going to be out of town, please obtain a substitute.  THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.

E-MAIL ADDRESSES:  Thanks to all who have been providing e-mail addresses.  This seems to be very helpful.  I have had several positive comments from ministers who have received the reminder of their assignments.  If I do not already have your e-mail address, please e-mail or phone me with it so that you can be included in the e-mail notifications.  My contact information is as follows: jmiller@stcolumban.org or 513-683-0105 ext 109.

WE NEED MORE USHER/GREETERS:  Please recommend anyone that you feel would be willing to arrive a little early, enthusiastically greet parishioners and visitors as they arrive, guide those approaching the altar for communion, and assist in the passing out of bulletins after Mass.  We need at least six Usher/Greeters at each liturgy.  We need families as well as individuals for this important ministry.

ALL MINISTERS:  Please help us to maintain an adequate number of ministers at all liturgies.  If you see that someone is missing from their assignment, please volunteer to take their place.  We need each one of you.  There should never be a time when we are missing ministers. 

Our Liturgical Minister Schedule is available on our Web Site www.stcolumban.org under the heading of “Minister Schedule.”  Please note that it is necessary that any requests for a change in the schedule be received at the Parish Office no later than the second Monday of the month. Use the green Minister’s Scheduling Information sheets to indicate times when you will be out of town or otherwise unavailable.
