The planning process includes several phases and it begins with you!
You are the starting place for the Talents Plan we are beginning this month. The parish has engaged The Reid Group to assist us in a parish planning process that will include the entire parish throughout the next few months. Experienced in parish planning work across the country, Maureen Gallagher will assist dozens of volunteers to help bring focus to the future of our treasured parish, starting with you.
Beginning this month, every single household will be invited to participate in a 90-minute neighborhood gathering to be held near you in the first weeks of November. Additional gatherings will be offered at the parish, and those unable to participate face-to-face will be invited to add their insights as well. Participation of all parishioners 14 years old and above will be a treasure! Our ambitious goal is 100% participation! Each group will have an opportunity for community building, reflection, learning and sharing that will shape St. Columban’s next Strategic Plan.
