We’re Still Digging Up Our Roots

In order to

Explore the Mystery of Our History!

If you have photographs, memorabilia and/or stories relevant to St. Columban’s parish history such as family ancestors that were parishioners, copies from an old bible with the sacraments listed as being received at St. Columban, we’d love to borrow them or photograph them! We are gathering material for nest year’s festival and for our 150th anniversary. Any questions: communications@stcolumban.org.

The Festival Committee wishes to thank all those who took the time to allow us to borrow your material for this year’s festival. We will make arrangements to return your materials to you in the upcoming weeks.

Crises can be overwhelming.  At Stephen Minister is ready and willing to care for you or a friend during difficult times such as these.

So, what exactly is this Stephen Ministry?

Stephen Ministry is lay caring ministry. The Stephen Ministers are not counselors or therapists; rather, they are caring Christian friends who can offer a listening ear to help others through the tough times in life. Stephen Ministers are trained and supervised in their ministry. If you are going through a tough time and could use a caring friend, call 683-0105 ext. 120 or stephenministry@stcolumban.org.

All conversations and e-mails are kept in strict confidence.

You can still RECYCLE!

Our Recycling containers have moved just down the hill into the “pit” area behind the church, between the school and parish office.  You can help the community and the parish by RECYCLING!  We accept paper (newspaper, magazines, junk mail, etc.) in the bright yellow and green bin and clean, crushed aluminum cans in the blue bin.
