Please read carefully and note that the days and times are different from previous years.

St. Columban School Registration for incoming new students for Kindergarten, 1st grade and grades 2 through 8, who want to enroll for the 2008-2009 school year, will be held from Tuesday, January 22nd through Friday, January 25th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Thursday evening, January 24th from 4 to 7 p.m. in the School Office.

Please bring with you the following information:

Your child’s original birth certificate, which will be copied

Your child’s original baptismal certificate, unless baptized at St. Columban Church, which will be copied

When applicable, the dates and places of the student’s First Communion, First Reconciliation and Confirmation

A non-refundable testing fee of $30 is to be paid when you apply (for 1st grade and grades 2-8 when applicable).  A non-refundable screening fee of $30 to be paid when you apply for kindergarten.  Please make checks payable to St. Columban School.

Name, address and phone number of the child’s current school

Name of the current teacher and principal

<>A copy of your child’s latest report card (we will copy this if necessary)
