ALLELUIA…

Easter is arguably the most important, the most vital, and the most holy event of our Catholic faith.  It is the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: “By His (Christ’s) Resurrection, He opens for us the way to a new life.  This new life is above all justification that reinstates us in God's grace, so that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life."  (-Excerpt from “What is so Important about Christ’s Resurrection?” by Scott Musarri, published in the March 2008 edition of The Columban.)

St. Columban Parish wishes to thank all those who so generously donated the many beautiful Easter Flowers, the Paschal Candle, and the Easter Music. Donations were in Memory and Honor of loved ones. Please see page 3 of bulletins March 23rd  and March 30th of those remembered and honored and take a moment to offer your prayers.
