St. Columban is located on the Clermont County side of Loveland, Ohio, near the corner of Wards Corner Rd. and Oakland Rd. (State Route 48).

- Follow W. Loveland Ave. to State Route 48.
- Turn right and at the next stop sign turn left, following SR 48.
- At the stop light, turn left, and the church will be on your left.
From Interstate 275
- Exit at Wards Corner Rd.
- Go east on Wards Corner Rd. approximately 3½ miles until you reach a stop light at the intersection with State Route 48.
- Turn right onto SR 48. The church will be on your left.
From Milford
- Follow State Route 28 east, past I-275 to SR 48 north.
- Turn left and follow SR 48 approximately 4 miles. The church will be on your right.
